The Alien Beast was one of the many monsters captured by the Facility and used to kill people to appease the Elder Gods. It is unknown what would summon it. In the novelization of the film and in a scrapped scene from the film, the Alien Beast appears during the scene where the two surviving characters, whose names were Dana and Marty, are in an elevator after seeing the Werewolf. It tries to attack and impregnate them, but cannot get through the glass of its elevator. The Alien Beast was briefly seen leaping out of its elevator onto one of the security guards before killing him and more than likely impregnating him with its young. It appeared to bleed yellow acid blood when the guard shot it before it killed him. It was more than likely killed when the Elder Gods awoke. It looks like a giant fetus fussed with a pink eyeball.
