Cthulhu is one of the great old ones from various storys fronm H.P lovecraft and is tst fondly rememberd charecter from all his works.

In a 3-part story arc in South Park series 14 BP Oil, accidentally awakes Cthulhu and other Lovecraftian deizens who goes on a rampage, and is convinced to join Coon and friends by Eric Cartman. In this story, Cthulhu kills Justin Bieber, that's got to get him some brownie points.
In The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, Cthulhu appears in the story "prank call of Cthulhu".
