Wheel in Space[]
In A Wheel in Space the Cyber-Planner appears as the leader of the Cybermen. It aids them in taking control of the Wheel.
The Invasion[]
Another Cyber planner appeared in The Invasion assisting Tobias Vaghn and the Cyber Army, but is defeated by the Second doctor.
Appearance[]
The Cyber-Planner is a dark green alien with a metal frame, a pulsing blue heart and dozens of pink tubes connecting to his mouth.
Trivia[]
The Planner may be an earlier type of Cyber Controller or an elder Cyberman that is unable to move any more.
