The Gelagrubs were a species of large insects native to Felucia. They lived in the forests of gigantic mushrooms on Felucia. They had to constantly eat to survive. They were easy to domesticate by the Gossam colanists, and Clone Troopers later used them on the Invasion of Felucia and the Clone Wars. Like most Felucian species, they had adapted their own way of surviving the ultra violet rays from Felucia's sun.
