Octocat is the secondary antagonist of the animated show Spliced. She is a mutant who worked as the minion of Mr. Smarty Smarts, but she was also his closest confidente and friend. She is a few of the only mutants to not speak, instead conversing in meows. Despite this, the other mutants still understand what she is saying. Before the Doctor got arrested, she was blasted with a ray to become a super-soldier with Fuzzy Snuggums.
Although she help Mister Smarty Smarts with his evil schemes, she does seem to have some what of a conscience, as displayed when she persueded Smarts to confess that he was unable to read a book containing Peri's purpose, and to read the book again because he learn to read with the help of octocat and a robotic minion.
