The Predalien is the combination of a Xenomorph Alien and a Yautja Predator and is the main antagonist of the film, Aliens vs. Predator: Requiem.

With the ending of the first film having the Predalien Chestburster pop out of the deceased Yautja Scar, there was obviously going to be a sequel.

The Predalien Chestburster snuck onto a Yautja Scout Ship, and quickly molts into an adult. After killing the Predator crew, save one, who comes to kill the Predalien, fires his Plasmacaster at the Predalien, blowing a hole in the ship, causing it to crash land in the small town of Gunnison, Colorado and dies right after sending a distress call via a headbite.

Later the Predalien litters the sewers with Facehuggers and attacks a homeless camp, and injects some Xenomorph embryos into a homeless woman.

Later on, a Predalien comes to a diner and kills the cook, ripping out his spine and skull, then impregnates the waitress. Later it comes to a hospital were after killing or impregnating everyone she sets up shop, and creates her beginning nest.

Shortly afterwards, she's attacked by a Predator, named Wolf, who answered the distress call, and the Predalien gets Warriors to help, and they attack the Wolf. After wiping out most other Xenomorphs, Wolf and the Predalien are fighting on the roof of the hospital, which had become her new nest, where Wolf rips out the beast's inner jaw and stabs her vertically through the head with his wrist blades. Unfortunately, the Predalien stabs Wolf through the chest with her tail. After a few seconds of silence, a nuclear bomb goes off incinerating them both, killing the Predalien permanently.
