Spaghetti and Meatballs is a villain in Uncle Grandpa. He only appears in the "More Uncle Grandpa Shorts" and he is Pizza Steve's opponent at the Semi-Annual Italian Karate Tournament. In the episode when he only appeared, he fought with pizza Steve. After some crazy fighting moves from Pizza Steve, he ends up eating Spaghetti & Meatballs to defeat him.
