"My Two Witnesses" - Revelation 11:3
The Two witnesses are two Biblical prophets who are supposed to preach the name of Jesus during the days of Tribulation, during the reign of the Antichrist.
They are described to have many Biblical powers, even able to devour their enemies with fire.
Many believe they are Moses and Elijah. As old Testament verses say that Elijah would return before the final Judgement.
According to Bile passages both in the old and new Testament, as the rebuilt Temple in Jerusalem would be trampled on by the nations for 42 months. During that period for 1,260 days (or 42 months, or 3½ years), two witnesses would be granted authority to prophesy.
They are described as two olive trees and two lampstands who stand before the Lord of the earth. They are able to devour their enemies with fire that flows out of their mouths. They also have power over the sky and waters, and are able to strike the earth with plague.
At the end of their preaching, the Antichrist will kill them. For three days their bodies shall lay in the streets of Jerusalem and the people of the world will celebrate their deaths. However on the third day they shall rise from the dead and be taken into heaven, as the rest of God's wrath is poured onto the earth.
