The Tiki Witch Doctor is the main antagonist of the season two Scooby Doo episode "Tiki scare is no fair".
The Tiki Witch Doctor apparently kidnapped John Simms. The gang investigated and found some pearls. They found out that the Witch Doctor was in fact Simms who had faked his own kidnapping and used the costume to scare away any interlopers so he could hide his pearl smuggling operation.
